I recently took the ITIL Foundation exam. At first, it seemed extraordinarily difficult; this is because the ITIL exam is centered entirely around conceptual matters, as opposed to hard knowledge like what cord goes where. For some IT professionals, it requires a dusting-off of the ol’ critical thinking skills.
