Austin Thomé is a Lead DevOps/Cloud Engineer based in Dallas, TX – building, deploying, and maintaining cloud resources in support of business and development with special focus on useful application of Infra-as-Code and CI/CD automation processes to increase efficiency and find creative solutions to business problems. He has 10+ years of technical experience in competencies ranging from user support to server/network administration, process development/improvement, cybersecurity, cloud solutions engineering and beyond.
He’s worked previously in Network Operations, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecting, and as a meteorologist in the US Air Force – honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant (E5) after a 6-year enlistment.
Austin is also a self-taught full stack developer – having learned ReactJS/Node/MySQL so that he could create “Honee-Do!”, a to-do list app meant for quick and easy collaboration among teams and families:
